Pedro Drummond is a dual licensed NY-Brazil attorney. He specializes in cross-border transactions involving Brazilian and US clients, including international mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, international contracts, business immigration and the legal aspects of establishing entities in Brazil and the US. Pedro has had professional experience in both Brazilian and US jurisdictions for more than a decade, advising clients on crossborder transactions.

Chris Costa is a Senior Associate at Drummond Advisors specializing in U.S. Immigration Law and licensed to practice U.S. immigration law throughout the United States (admitted in New York and New Jersey). Chris holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Boston College (2010) and a Juris Doctor degree from the City University of New York School of Law (2014). Throughout his career Chris has had the privilege of assisting numerous foreign nationals in obtaining U.S. permanent residence and U.S. citizenship.
