Visas for Executives and Managers
L1 Visa

A successful migration requires a lot of planning, preparation and dedication to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The L visa is divided into 2 categories:

L1-A visa

The L-1A visa is for transferred professionals working in managerial or executive positions.

L1-B visa

The L-1B visa is for transferred professionals working in positions that require specialized knowledge (specialists).

There is no minimum amount of investment in the American company to apply for this visa, and the necessary amount must be contributed for the viability, realization and expansion of the enterprise on American soil.

For companies that have been operating in the United States for less than a year, the permitted stay is a maximum of one year, while for others the permitted stay is up to three years.

With the L-1 visa, dependents, spouses and children under the age of 21 can obtain an L-2 visa. Only the spouse is allowed to apply for a work permit (EAD).
